The Directors of Proven VCT plc announce an allotment on 21 December 2012 of 1,078,261 ordinary shares of 10p each issued at a price of 107.6p per share pursuant to the Offer for Subscription that opened on 19 November 2012.
Application for the shares to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities will be made shortly.
The Offer for Subscription will remain open until 5 April 2013 unless fully subscribed earlier.
