Based on decisions approved in JSC "LATVIAN ZOOVETAPGĀDE" meeting of the Management Board and the Supervisory Board, dated with November 13, 2012, on November 16, 2012 the list of persons were presented, which is associated with unlawfully general meeting of Shareholders of JSC "LATVIJAS ZOOVETAPGĀDE", which was held on July 24, 2008, the Protocol No. 1 (2008), and in relation with unlawful decisions, which will need to continue to be responsible for the damage caused by the company.
