WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on Deutsche Telekom AG, Bonn,
Deutschland, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on
December 17, 2012 and on that day amounted to 3.006% (this corresponds to
129898630 Voting Rights)
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with
sentence 2 of the WpHG, 3.006% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to
129898630 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company.
