Publication according to section 26 para. 1 WpHG


1. On 8 January 2013, Norges Bank (the Central Bank of Norway), Oslo,
Norway, has notified us pursuant to section 21 para. 1 WpHG that its voting
rights in Asian Bamboo AG have exceeded the threshold of 3% of the voting
rights on 7 January 2013 and amounted to 3.26 % (503,270 voting rights) as
of that date.

2. On 10 January 2013, the Ministry of Finance, Oslo, Norway, in the name
and on behalf of the state of Norway, has notified us pursuant to section
21 para. 1 WpHG that its voting rights in Asian Bamboo AG have exceeded the
threshold of 3% of the voting rights on 7 January 2013 and amounted to
3.26% (503,270 voting rights) as of that date.

All 503,270 voting rights are attributed to the Ministry of Finance
pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG.
