Change of personnel representative on Proffice AB's Board of Directors

Magnus Bergström has been elected by members of Unionens Riksklubb at Proffice
to replace Pamela Valenzuela as personnel representative on Proffice AB's Board
of Directors. The change occurs today, 18 February, to coincide with the board
meeting of Proffice AB.

Sylvia Kristensen continues to serve on the Board as personnel representative.
