Based in Philadelphia, Crane will lead Jeitosa's rapidly expanding strategic business consulting and Workday deployment practices.

Crane has a strong track record in various domestic and global Human Capital Management Systems, as a practitioner, executive and consultant. Previously, he acted as the Director of HR Operations for a global financial services firm where he helped build the global HR organization with a centralized shared services structure that managed 6,000 employees across 10 countries. He was also the Director of HR Services for a laboratory equipment company that employed 8,000 employees across 30 countries. His HR technology initiatives, including a successful transition to cloud-based Workday HCM, enabled cost savings of over 7 million USD to his former employers.
