On 04 July 2013, DWS Investment GmbH, Frankfurt, Germany gave notice
pursuant to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that on 28 June 2013 its
voting rights on Evotec AG, Essener Bogen 7, Hamburg, fell short of the
threshold of 3 % and on that day its shareholding of 3,459,501 shares
amounted to 2.92 % of the total Evotec voting rights.
