Healy has joined Christiana Trust as Vice President and Director, Global Bankruptcy & Restructuring Services. Christiana Trust is a division of WSFS Bank and is a worldwide administrator and servicer of trust and asset management accounts of all types for individuals, families, and corporate and institutional clients.

Mr. Healy will lead Christiana's global bankruptcy and restructuring services team which includes debt restructurings, loan administration, corporate debt and project finance, as well as bankruptcy administration.

Most recently, Mr. Healy served as a Vice President at Wilmington Trust Company in its Global Distressed Debt Group holding both product leader and sales specialist roles during his six year tenure. At Wilmington Trust, he was responsible for selling and managing defaulted debt and workout services, administrative agent services and other global capital market services. Mr. Healy has over 20 years of experience in corporate trust services in sales, account management and product management for large global providers.

Mr. Healy graduated from Saint Joseph's University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance. He also earned a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Healthcare Financial Management at Temple University. Mr. Healy is Adjunct Professor of Finance at the Erivan K. Haub School of Business at Saint Joseph's University and resides in Havertown, Pennsylvania.
