There, he eventually traded in his position as the Director of Catering to become the property's Sales Manager.

Formerly with the Embassy Suites Charlotte-Concord as well, Ms. Obstler arrived at this property in December 2013 with extensive sales experience. She joined the Embassy Suites during its construction to develop an exceptional and effective sales team that directly impacted the success of the property. However, her roles transcended sales to impact everything from hotel operations, to guest services, to the strategic development of the hotel as a whole. With 25 years of industry experience and 15 years with John Q. Hammons Hotel Group, Ms. Obstler provides impressive insight and expertise to the Renaissance Charlotte Suites Hotel.
