STERLING, VA--(Marketwired - Apr 24, 2014) - abas-USA hosted the 8^th annual Customer Day event in Sterling, VA the week of April 7, 2014. With customers representing nearly half of the total abas-USA client base, the event provided insight into future.

The event allows users to meet and learn from the abas team as well as other end-users, enabling peer engagement and creating an encouraging environment where users were encouraged to exchange and present knowledge on abas Tips and Tricks, Reporting features, and best-practices. "They encouraged [the customers] to develop relationships with each other and share ideas. The abas team really is a community and we are thrilled to be a part of it," said one attendee.

Sessions included Creating Change; Building Finance Portals; Business Intelligence; How to use and develop Financial Cubes; Financial Ratios; Mobile Apps; Logistics and Process best practices. Additional sessions detailed the forthcoming annual software update, and featured presentations from existing customers on the range of customization.
