LEMMINKÄINEN TO BUILD APARTMENTS AND COMMERCIAL PREMISES IN TAMPERE FOR LÄHITAPIOLA FUND
Lemminkäinen will build apartments and commercial premises for LähiTapiola Asuntorahasto Prime Ky in Tampere. A total of 138 apartments and four commercial premises in As Oy Aaretti in the Lentävänniemi area. The saleable floor area is 7,504 square metres. The construction work will commence on 5 May 2014 and is due for completion by the end of 2015. The contract value is approximately EUR 23 million.
"The project is a continuation of years of cooperation with LocalTapiola in Tampere," says Casimir Lindholm, Lemminkäinen's Executive Vice President in charge of Building Construction in Finland.
"LähiTapiola Asuntorahasto Prime builds apartments for rental purposes in major cities. The apartments are fitted out to a high specification so that living in them is as enjoyable as possible," says Kim Särs, real estate fund director from LähiTapiola.
