AS Ekspress Grupp has reorganised its shareholdings in joint ventures AS SL Õhtuleht and AS Ajakirjade Kirjastus. Before, AS Ekspress Grupp had direct shareholdings in both companies but now the shares are owned through new holding companies OÜ Ajaleht Holding and OÜ Ajakirjad Holding. AS Ekspress Grupp and OÜ Suits Meedia each own 50% of the aforementioned holding companies.
The transaction can’t be treated as a transaction with a related party and the members of the supervisory and management board do not have any personal interest in the transaction.
