PLANO, Texas, Sept. 16, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Golden Living is pleased to announce the appointment of Julianne Williams as the President of Golden LivingCenters.

Julianne has extensive operation and leadership experience in the post-acute industry including serving more than 20 years at Golden Living. She is committed to continuing the quality care that Golden Living provides to its patients and residents and she is equally focused on the growth and success of the company.

Most recently, Julianne has served as the Senior Vice President of Business Development and Strategic Initiatives for Golden LivingCenters. In this role, she has been responsible for the development and implementation of key growth initiatives.
More than 20 years of her career has been spent at Golden Living where she has held roles of increasing responsibility, including serving as a Regional Vice President and a Division President before becoming the Chief Operating Officer of Country Villa. She returned to Golden Living earlier this year.
Julianne has a Master's degree in Public Health from California State University in Fresno. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Developmental Psychology from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo. She currently serves as the Vice Chairwoman of the California Association of Health Facilities (CAHF) and is on the Business Management Committee of the American Health Care Association (AHCA). She also has served as a Board Member of the Kingsburg District Hospital.
