The Company continues to expand and is pleased to announce the addition of Mr. Kevin Heaton as a Partner of the firm and Mr. Laurence Norton, Jr. and Mr. Ric Saalwachter as recent additions to its Board of Advisors. Additionally, Mr. Sean Mulrenan has joined the firm as a Senior Analyst.

Kevin Heaton will be focused primarily on real estate asset management. He brings over fifteen years of experience providing counsel to families and privately-held companies invested in both public and private assets with a concentration in real estate. Most recently his efforts have been focused on managing the intricacies of 1031 Exchange transactions as well as the acquisition and "turn-around" of underperforming real estate assets. Starting his career in 1996 as a wealth management advisor with Merrill Lynch, Mr. Heaton developed effective wealth management strategies for high net worth families and closely-held private companies, including structuring credit facilities, multi-generational transition planning, and transactional advise to families, investors, and employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs). In 2004 Mr. Heaton joined Bucephale Asset Management, a Swiss-based $250 million hedge fund of funds, where he was responsible for developing the firms' presence in the United States. He left Bucephale to become the CFO of Standard Services Corporation, a home services investment company based in Aiken, SC that spanned across three states and grew revenues from $2 million dollars in 2005 to $30 million dollars in combined annual revenues by 2007.

Laurence Norton, Jr. brings an extensive background as a senior executive in securities brokerage, private equity and family office roles. For the past 6 years, Mr. Norton was a Managing Director with Berwind Private Equity, a Massachusetts-based family office and private equity firm. For the prior 35 years, he held senior executive positions at major securities brokerage firms. For the previous decade, Mr. Norton was a senior executive with Prudential Financial, including serving as President of Prudential Securities International as well as President of the Futures Division, representing 34 offices in 22 countries. He was also a member of Prudential's Operating Committee and a member of the Board of Directors. For the 20 years before, he served as Senior Vice President at Shearson Lehman Bros., holding management positions in Boston, MA, San Francisco, CA, and Greenwich, CT. Mr. Norton has been a member of the Board of Directors of several companies and is a graduate of Harvard University.

Ric Saalwachter brings decades of experience with capital markets, financing transactions, and advisory services, focused on the oil & gas industry, oilfield services and other energy companies. Mr. Saalwachter had a long investment banking career in New York before moving to Houston in 1998 where he developed energy banking groups for the Sanders Morris Group, Canaccord, and PrinceRidge Group. Prior thereto, he was in investment banking with Shearson Lehman. Mr. Saalwachter began the first 10 years of his career with Warburg Paribas Becker. He is currently a Managing Director with New York and London based StormHarbor Securities. Mr. Saalwachter has extensive and strong relationships with many public and private companies, and investors, focused on all sectors of the energy industry. He has arranged debt and equity financings and provided strategic advisory services for mergers & acquisitions, property divestitures, and a wide range of joint ventures. He is currently on the Board of Directors of Stratex Oil & Gas Holdings, Inc, and was a co-founder of a group of oilfield service companies with businesses primarily dedicated to offshore drilling. Mr. Saalwachter received a BA degree from Fairfield University in Connecticut.

Sean Mulrenan has 10 years of experience in analytical roles focused on valuation, asset management, corporate finance, and financial analysis. Previously, he was an Analyst at Mount Kellett Capital Management, a $7 billion multi-strategy investment firm specializing in distressed and special situations, investing in corporate and real estate opportunities. Prior to Mount Kellett, Sean worked at Interactive Brokers, LLC, a leading broker-dealer, under the CFO of the brokerage business. Mr. Mulrenan received his BA in Political Economy from Williams College, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa and Magna cum Laude. He also received his MBA from NYU Stern School of Business, graduating with Honors and concentrating in Finance.
