Delisting of Securities of GT Advanced Technologies, Inc., Dendreon Corporation, MabVax Therapeutics Holdings, Inc., and Tri-Tech Holding Inc. From The Nasdaq Stock Market

NEW YORK, Dec. 10, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Nasdaq Stock Market announced today that it will delist the common stock of GT Advanced Technologies, Inc. GT Advanced Technologies, Inc.'s stock was suspended on October 16, 2014 and has not traded on Nasdaq since that time.

Nasdaq also announced that it will delist the common stock of Dendreon Corporation. Dendreon Corporation's stock was suspended on November 19, 2014 and has not traded on Nasdaq since that time.

Nasdaq also announced that it will delist the common stock of MabVax Therapeutics Holdings, Inc. MabVax Therapeutics Holdings, Inc.'s stock was suspended on July 11, 2014 and has not traded on Nasdaq since that time.

Finally, Nasdaq announced that it will delist the ordinary shares of Tri-Tech Holding Inc. Tri-Tech Holding Inc.'s stock was suspended on April 16, 2014 and has not traded on Nasdaq since that time.
