SPP Livförsäkring AB and SPP Liv Fondförsäkring AB executes their merger plan. The merged company has changed name to SPP Pension & Försäkring AB

SPP Liv Fondförsäkring AB (publ) has taken over SPP Livförsäkring AB´s (publ)
assets and liabilities by way of a merger on January 2, 2015. The merged company
has, on the same day, changed name to SPP Pension & Försäkring AB (publ).

On June 23, 2014, the merger plan was approved by the general meeting of SPP
Livförsäkring AB (publ) and on November 26, 2015, the Swedish Financial
Supervisory Authority approved to execute the merger plan.
