Rights on December 22, 2014 and on that day amounted to 5.02% (this
corresponds to 44210776 Voting Rights).
2.53% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 22252976 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act).
