CPI PROPERTY GROUP (the 'Company') has been notified about the following
major shareholding notification:

On 12 January 2015, ORCO Property Group S.A., Luxembourg, Luxembourg,
notified the Company that it crossed 5% threshold in the Company's
shareholding. Holding went below as a consequence of capital increase of
the issuer of 18 December 2014, whereby the total number of the shares and
the voting rights in CPI PROPERTY GROUP increased to 3,303,768,300 as per
the total voting rights announcement as at end of December 2014. The number
of issuer's shares held by the notifying companies remained the same.

As of 18 December 2014, ORCO Property Group S.A. directly held 147,601,638
and indirectly held 11,531,259 Company shares, representing in total 4.82%
(representing 159,132,897 voting rights) of the total voting rights of the
Company.

11,531,259 shares of the issuer are held indirectly by ORCO PROPERTY GROUP
S.A. via Brilliant 1419 GmbH & Co. Verwaltungs KG, Berlin, Germany, in
which OPG is a limited partner with 100% of issued capital, and in which
Brilliant 1419 GmbH is general partner, in which ORCO PROPERTY GROUP S.A.
holds 49% of issued capital.
