Cegereal has signed two new six-year leases on 4,200 square meters of office space in the Arcs de Seine building, raising the property's occupancy rate to 97%.
The new Arcs de Seine tenants are:
- Amgen, the U.S.-based, Nasdaq-listed biopharmaceutical research, development and marketing company, which will occupy 2,800 sq.m of space (D&B rating: 1).
- Exclusive Networks, a French provider of innovative IT security, storage and networking solutions, set to occupy 1,400 sq.m of space (D&B rating: 1).
Arcs de Seine is located on the banks of the Seine on Quai du Point du Jour in Boulogne-Billancourt. The property was entirely renovated in 2012. Arcs de Seine is the fourth office building in France to earn both HQE Exploitation and BREEAM In-Use International Very Good environmental certification.
In carrying out the above transactions, Cegereal was advised by Commerz Real on asset management, Cushman & Wakefield on marketing and Clifford Chance on legal matters.
