On November 28, 2014 annual shareholders meeting of AS "SAF Tehnika" took a decision to denominate company's shares from lats to euro and to divide the value (positive difference) arising from the denomination in amount of EUR 67’933.39 as follows:
- to the reserves of joint stock company “SAF Tehnika” EUR 8529.79;
- to pay out for “SAF Tehnika” shareholders 0.02 per each share. In total payout for shareholders amounts to EUR 59’403.60.
Considering the above and based on AS "SAF Tehnika" announcement of December 23, 2014, January 15, 2015 is the record date, on which AS "SAF Tehnika" shareholders list for the abovementioned payouts will be fixed.
Thus, January 13, 2015 is the last trading day when shareholders who have bought AS "SAF Tehnika" shares by concluding automatically matched trades in the orderbook are eligible for the abovementioned payouts. Starting with January 14, 2015 investors buying company's shares by concluding automatically matched trades in the orderbook won't be eligible for the payouts.
