according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on Constantin Medien AG, Ismaning, Germany, have exceeded the 3%,
5%, 10% and 15% threshold of the Voting Rights on December 22, 2014 and on
that day amounted to 18.08% (this corresponds to 16923648 Voting Rights).
