On February 20, 2015, State Street Bank and Trust Company, Boston, United
States has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
(German Securities Trading Act) that via shares its Voting Rights on Leoni
AG, Nürnberg, Germany, have fallen below the 3% threshold of the Voting
Rights on February 16, 2015 and on that day amounted to 2.98% (this
corresponds to 972,981 Voting Rights).

0.02% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 6,836 Voting Rights) are
held directly by the company.

2.96% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 966,145 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act).

0.20% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 65,634 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act).

Of the total of 972,981 Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2.98% of the
Voting Rights) a portion of 65,634 Voting Rights (this corresponds to 0.20%
of the Voting Rights) is attributed pursuant to Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act) and
concurrently pursuant to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the
WpHG (German Securities Trading Act).
