Global natural healthcare company continues strategic global acquisitions 

London / Munich, 24th. February 2015 - Dedicated to helping more
individuals achieve their health and fitness goals, Rapid Nutrition
recently acquired a stake in mysportscomp GmbH, a German fitness company
with extensive connections to fitness instructors and premium brands. Rapid
Nutrition, an organic healthcare company dedicated to global growth,
supplies the System LS(TM) weight-loss system, which will now be available
through the mysportscomp  team.

mysportscomp GmbH has a database of more than 35,000 of Germany's best
fitness instructors who sell premium brands such as Nike, Adidas, Puma,
Reebok and more and now will be able to offer Rapid Nutrition's System
LS(TM) weight-loss system, which focuses on getting "slim with science,"
using natural, organic ingredients that support real weight loss.

Further, the acquisition will add an immediate $2.5 million in revenue for
Rapid Nutrition while providing a strong distribution platform for the
company's science-based products. In addition to this new relationship,
Rapid Nutrition has continued to focus on expansion and customer service in
Europe and across the globe.
