The board of Mærsk has proposed that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for March 30, 2015, approves an extraordinary dividend in addition to the ordinary dividend of DKK 300.00 per share. The amount of the extraordinary dividend is yet to be determined and will be announced prior to the AGM. The scheduled Ex-date is March 31, 2015. Provided that the AGM approves the proposal, NASDAQ OMX Derivatives Markets will carry out a re-calculation of options and futures in Mærsk (MAERSK).
