The total number of voting rights at the end of February 2015 was
246,166,178. The increase in the number of voting rights results from the
conversion of convertible bonds into 1,348,966 shares of GAGFAH S.A. The
new total number of voting rights includes 199,017 shares held by GAGFAH
S.A. (treasury shares), which would represent 199,017 voting rights.
