Allianz Global Investors GmbH with seat at Frankfurt am Main, Germany,
informed us by letter dated 02 March 2015 that its percentage of voting
rights in RATIONAL Aktiengesellschaft exceeded the 3% threshold to a
percentage of 3.001% as per settlement date 27 February 2015. This
corresponds to 341,278 out of a total of 11,370,000 voting rights issued by
the company.
Of these voting rights 2.10% is to be attributed to Allianz Global
Investors GmbH pursuant to Section 22 (1) sentence 1, No. 6 WpHG. This
corresponds to 239,262 of a total of 11,370,000 voting rights issued by the
company.
