Riga, 2015-03-04 13:43 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- JSC "Telekom Baltija", whose shareholder is JSC “Baltic Telekom”, informs that it intends to increase its range of services in Latvian regions, as well as improve the quality of customer service.
JSC "Telekom Baltija" Chairman Victor Topor notes that currently company is working on customer service and technical support development. "Today's situation and the relatively high competition have significantly reduced prices, and it is no longer possible to maintain customer loyalty only with the low prices. Everything is determined by quality, "says V. Topor. Triatel has created a new customer service strategy, which provides direct and immediate communication without intermediary companies.
As up to now, the company plans to continue to focus on high-quality services in Latvian regions, providing their services even in the most remote corners of the country.
This year company also plans to develop the wholesale network, by creating service packages for business customers, and this would help to expand the range of corporate clients.
Triatel management has accepted the plan for this year to create an electronic devices trading system, which will run at the online store basis and will be available to both existing and potential customers Triatel.
