Flowserve Announces Pricing of Euro-Denominated Senior Notes

DALLAS, March 10, 2015 - Flowserve Corporation (NYSE:FLS), a leading provider of flow control products and services for the global infrastructure markets, today announced that it has priced an underwritten public offering of €500.0 million aggregate principal amount of 1.250% Senior Notes due 2022 (the "Notes"), at a price equal to 99.336% of the aggregate principal amount of the Notes.
