Further to the initiation of the share buy-back programme announced on 6 August 2014, Ageas reports the purchase of 131,228 Ageas shares on NYSE Euronext Brussels in the period from 09-03-2015 until 13-03-2015.

Since the start of the share buy-back programme on 11 August 2014, Ageas has bought back 4,486,100 shares for a total amount of EUR 123,494,569. This corresponds to 1.94% of the total shares outstanding.
