Mr Jörn Kämper, member of the Managing Board of A.S. Création Tapeten AG in
charge of Sales and Marketing since April 8, 1998 and Chairman of the
company's Managing Board since June 28, 2001 will not renew his contract,
which will expire on March 31, 2016, for personal reasons. The Supervisory
Board and his fellow Managing Board members deeply regret this decision, as
the strong competitive position today held by A.S. Création thanks to its
clearly defined sales and marketing orientation is very much the
achievement of Mr Kämper.

In response to the upcoming changes, the Supervisory Board today appointed
Mr Roland Werner Bantel additional member of the Managing Board with effect
from April 1, 2015. Mr Bantel (born 1964) joined A.S. Création in 1997 and
is in charge of DIY store sales. Until March 31, 2016, Mr Bantel will share
responsibility for Sales and Marketing with Mr Kämper and assume sole
responsibility as of April 1, 2016. In view of Mr Bantel's long-standing
experience in the wallpaper industry, the Supervisory Board is convinced
that Mr Bantel will provide important simulation for the further
development of A.S. Création in his new capacity.

The Supervisory Board intends to appoint Mr Maik Holger Krämer new Chairman
of the Managing Board with effect from April 1, 2016. As member of the
Managing Board, Mr Krämer has been in charge of Finance and Controlling
since April 1, 2001. The Supervisory Board is convinced that he has got
what it takes to lead A.S. Création into a successful future.

According to these plans, the Managing Board of A.S. Création Tapeten AG
will have the following composition as of April 1, 2016:

  - Maik Holger Krämer (Chairman of the Managing Board), Finance and
    Controlling

  - Roland Werner Bantel, Sales and Marketing

  - Antonios Suskas, Production and Logistics
