Tern Plc ("Tern" or "the Company"), the AIM quoted investment company specialising in the cloud and mobile sector of the IT market, is pleased to announce that at the Annual General Meeting held yesterday in respect of the accounts of the Company for the period ended 31 December 2014, all resolutions were duly approved unanimously.
