Lysaker, March 26, 2015: The board of directors of Scanship Holding ASA (SSHIP) has approved the financial statements for 2014. The approved financial statements are in accordance with previously presented preliminary results.
The Annual Report for 2014 will be published on the company's website and notified to the Oslo Stock Exchange in April 2014.
The annual general meeting will be held on May 6, 2015.
