TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - April 13, 2015) - Cushman & Wakefield today announced that David Bergeron has joined the firm as Managing Director of the Toronto West office. David will assume this role effective April 27.
As Managing Director, Mr. Bergeron will lead the Toronto West team, and will work the GTA management team on building strong partnerships with clients and partners.

Mr. Bergeron was most recently the Senior Director, Asset Management for GWL Realty Advisors, where he oversaw the leasing and property management of a 7 million square foot industrial and retail portfolio in the GTA West market.
He also worked with GWL as Senior Leasing Director, with accountability for 2.5 million square feet of office, 11 million square feet of industrial and 500,000 square feet of retail across the suburban markets.

A graduate of the University of Western Ontario, with an Honours degree in Urban Planning, Mr. Bergeron has proven himself a passionate and effective manager and leader.
