Change of personnel representative on Proffice Aktiebolag’s (publ) Board of Directors

Maja-Malin Ekelöf has been appointed by IF Metall to replace Christer Persson as
personnel representative on Proffice Aktiebolag’s Board of Directors. Anna
Gustafsson continues as deputy personnel representative. The change occurs today
to coincide with the board meeting.

Magnus Bergström and Evelyn Tusach continue to serve on the Proffice
Aktiebolag’s Board of Directors as personnel representatives, appointed by
Unionen.
