RESOLUTIONS PASSED AT THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF AR PACKAGING
At the annual general meeting of ÅR Packaging Group AB AB (publ) held on 28 April 2015 in Stockholm, the following main resolutions were passed.
- The financial statements for the financial year 2014 were adopted.
- It was resolved that the available profits shall be carried forward.
- It was resolved that the directors of the board and the managing director were discharged from liability for the financial year 2014.
- It was resolved that the board of directors of the company shall consist of Harald Schulz, Hans Petersson, Sebastian Burmeister, Marcus Jennekvist, Jan Ohlsson, Panu Routila and Walter Ahlström.
- It was resolved to elect KPMG AB as auditor.
- It was resolved that remuneration amounting to SEK 220 000 plus an additional remuneration amounting to SEK 110 000 shall be paid in cash to the chairman of the board, that remun-eration amounting to SEK 110 000 shall be paid in cash to the board member Walter Ahlström and that no remuneration shall be paid to the other board members and that the auditor's fees shall be paid by approved account.
