Richmond will leverage the company's industry-leading ticketing, Access Management, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), marketing and fundraising solutions. Paciolan is a subsidiary of the Philadelphia-based sports and entertainment firm Comcast-Spectacor.

Paciolan's online ticketing system will enable Richmond to efficiently sell tickets to all Spiders Athletics events, including season ticket packages, mini plans and group tickets. Beginning with 2015 football season ticket renewals, Richmond provides fans with the ability to easily manage their accounts and tickets online to purchases, transfer, and donate tickets or view their order history. Richmond will also utilize Paciolan's Access scanning technology to provide fans with print-at-home and mobile tickets.
In conjunction with the partnership, Richmond will integrate Paciolan's CRM solution to enhance customer service efforts and provide staff with a 360-degree view of every fan. The customer management system provides a holistic view of fans' ticketing and purchase history to enhance ticket sales and maximize relationships with each fan.
