We hereby announce that Michelin Luxembourg SCS, a Luxembourg limited partnership ("société en commandite simple"), with registered office at 69, Boulevard de la Pétrusse, L-2320 Luxembourg, registered with the Luxembourg trade and companies register under number B 96.546 chooses Luxembourg as its home Member State for the purposes of Directive 2004/109/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 December 2004 on the harmonization of transparency requirements in relation to information about issuers whose securities are admitted to trading on a regulated market and the Law of 11 January 2008 on transparency requirements in relation to information about issuers whose securities are admitted to trading on a regulated market.
