iStaging Highlighted in Taiwan Cloud Expo Pavilion at 2015 Computex Taipei

TAIPEI, TAIWAN--(Marketwired - Jun 14, 2015) - iStaging is a mobile platform using the technologies of tomorrow to help users find a home and decorate it. Launched in 2014, the application combines augmented reality and virtual reality into one seamless ecosystem.

iStaging had the chance to be invited by the Industrial Development Bureau, Ministry of Economic Affairs of Taiwan to take part in the Taiwan Cloud Expo pavilion at the 2015 Computex Taipei. The exhibition took place from June 2 to 6 and gathered Taiwan start-ups providing services linked to the Cloud. The pavilion brought together 37 innovative companies, distributed into 6 display areas: Achievement, Innovation, Iaas, Paas, Saas and Acer BYOC Alliance. Products and applications included cloud data center, medical application, smart monitoring, cloud office, image recognition, customer relationship management, smart home, mobile health care, digital TV box, indoor positioning platform, marketing platform, security control system, wearable carrier, and 3D augmented reality.

With various demonstrations taking place throughout the 5 days of the exhibition, the pavilion showcased Taiwan companies' know-how of the cloud technology, and helped the manufacturers get visibility to expand their businesses in the international market.

iStaging, with its augmented reality technology, distinguished itself with its ability to display furniture inside a real environment in a very realistic way, using nothing more than a tablet. Nevertheless, this is nothing compared to the hustle generated by the virtual reality glasses and iStaging's virtual tour experience available for trial at iStaging's booth.

The event was a great success for iStaging which attracted many new potential partners from all over the world. The initiative led by the Industrial Development Bureau, Ministry of Economic Affairs of Taiwan was definitely a great help for companies based in Taiwan to get the visibility they need in today's globalized world. We hope the initiative will be reproduced and will help many more of the very experienced and skilled companies in the country.
