SMTP, Inc. Introduces Multi-Lingual SharpSpring Platform

Native Language Capability Improves International Customer Experience, Opens New Global Markets

NASHUA, N.H., June 29, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- SMTP, Inc. (NASDAQ:SMTP), a global provider of cloud-based marketing technologies, today announced that SharpSpring, the company's rapidly growing marketing automation product, has just been made available in nine languages. Customers can now use SharpSpring in Spanish, French, Italian, German, Dutch, Portuguese, Romanian and Turkish, as well as the original English version. SharpSpring also provides customer support in these languages.

"We've previously indicated that SharpSpring is on track to grow from $1 million in annual recurring revenues (ARR) as of August 2014 to more than $5 million in ARR by the end of 2015. Launching SharpSpring in these new languages opens up new markets and new revenue opportunities that can fuel our growth globally," said Jonathan Strimling, CEO of SMTP. "SMTP has a broad global sales reach, with a sales force with local presence in 16 countries. Now, with nine available languages, SharpSpring is well positioned to accelerate its international growth."

SharpSpring's new multi-lingual features and support distinguish it from competitors like Hubspot and Marketo, who have more limited multi-lingual offerings. "Our multi-lingual platform allows us to reach the majority of potential customers in North America and Europe in their native language. We will continue to expand our language and product capabilities in the future because we see these elements as key to expanding our addressable market and driving our global growth strategy," said Rick Carlson, President of SharpSpring. "In addition, our agency-level features allow agencies to provide product and support to customers in a variety of languages through our platform."
