Change in the total number of shares and votes in

During June 2015, the number of shares and votes in Collector AB (publ)
(“Collector”) has changed according to the following:

  · The number of ordinary shares and votes increased by 7,272,727 through a new
issue of shares executed in connection with the IPO on Nasdaq Stockholm.
  · The number of preference shares and votes decreased by 589,625 through a
reduction of the share capital of Collector through cancellation of preference
shares.
  · The number of ordinary shares and votes increased by 589,625 through a new
issue of shares executed in connection with the cancellation of the preference
shares.

Following the above mentioned amendments and as of 30 June 2015, the share
capital of Collector amounts to SEK 9,335,550.20, divided into 93,355,502
ordinary shares. No preference shares are issued. The total number of votes in
Collector as of 30 June 2015 amounts to 93,355,502.

This information is published in accordance with Chapter 4, Section 9 of the
Swedish Financial Instruments Trading Act (SFS 1991:980).
