Solteq Plc Stock Exchange Release 3.7.2015 at 9.00 am The 2.799.998 new shares of Solteq Plc has been registered to the Finnish Trade Register today, on 3 July 2015 regarding the directed share issue of 2 July 2015. The total number of shares in the company after the share issue is 17.798.059. The issued and subscribed shares entitle to distribution of dividend and carry rights to other shareholder rights from the date the shares are registered with the Trade Register. The entire subscription price of the new shares will be entered into the distributable equity reserve. The company's share capital is EUR 1.009.154,17. Solteq Plc published on 17 June and 2 July 2015 the acquisition of the share capital and the capital loans of Descom Group Oy.
