Cristina has built both internal and external executive coaching and advisory practices that allow her to engage business leaders on how to navigate organizations, create transformational change, and achieve personal success. Cristina speaks regularly at executive, leadership, and coaching forums, and her research has been published in several academic journals, including the Journal of Personality and Social Psychology and the Personality and Social Psychology Bulletin.

Prior to joining RHR, Cristina spent 15 years internally within Fortune 100 organizations including most recently American Express, working within the talent and organizational development functions. Additionally, Cristina ran her own coaching practice for over 5 years focused primarily in financial services and biotech.
Cristina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Northeastern University, and dual Master’s degrees in Sociology and Business Research from Stanford University.
