EXCHANGE NOTICE 11 NOVEMBER 2015 SHARES
THE SHARES OF IXONOS PLC REMOVED FROM OBSERVATION SEGMENT
The shares of Ixonos Plc listed on Nasdaq Helsinki were
transferred to the observation segment on 6 November 2015 on the grounds of the Rules of the Exchange (rule 2.2.8.2 article (vi)).
Rules of the Exchange rule 2.2.8.2 article (vi): "There is a material adverse uncertainty in respect of the company’s financial position."
Ixonos Plc published on 11 November 2015 the following:"During the next 12 months, the
Company's estimated working capital's sufficiency will be secured by the
Advance Payment together with other assets in the Company's possession."
Thus, the grounds for transferring the share to the observation segment no longer exist.
The purpose of the observation segment is to alert the market to special facts and circumstances
or actions pertaining to the subject issuer or security. The observation segment is a subset of the Official List.

TIEDOTE 11.11.2015 OSAKKEET
IXONOS OYJ:N OSAKE POISTETAAN TARKKAILULISTALTA
Nasdaq Helsinki siirsi Ixonos Oyj:n osakkeet 6.11.2015 Pörssin sääntöjen 2.2.8.2 kohdan (vi) perusteella tarkkailulistalle.
Pörssin säännöt 2.2.8.2 kohta (vi): "Yhtiön taloudelliseen asemaan liittyy merkittävä negatiivinen epävarmuus."
Ixonos Oyj julkisti 11.11.2015 pörssitiedotteella seuraavaa:
"Yhtiön arvioitu käyttöpääoman riittävyys yhdessä muiden Yhtiön käytössä olevien
varojen kanssa on turvattu seuraavan 12 kuukauden ajaksi."
Tarkkailulistalle siirtämisen peruste on näin ollen poistunut.
