Myron J. Goins has agreed to join the Company's newly constituted advisory board. Mr. Goins currently serves as managing director of TekHarbor, Ltd., a venture formation and management consultancy to energy, technology and defense companies. In previous positions he was a general partner and co-founder of Seruus Telecom Fund, L.P., chairman of the audit committee for SEC registrants Astrotech Corp. and IWL Communications, chief financial officer for National Telemanagement Corporation, vice president of corporate development for Corporate Telemangement Group, Inc. (now a unit of CenturyLink, Inc.), and a director of corporate finance at Sprint Corp. Mr. Goins has served as a director of various privately-held early-stage companies. Mr. Goins earned a B.B.A. in Accountancy from the University of Memphis, practiced public accounting as a certified public accountant, and earned a M.B.A. from Vanderbilt University.
