(TSX:SII) ("Sprott" or the "Company") announced today that Kevin Hibbert has been appointed Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of Sprott Inc. Mr. Hibbert joined the Company in 2014 as Vice-President of Finance. Mr. Hibbert has more than 14 years of experience in the financial services industry. He holds an Honours BA in Management from the University of Toronto and holds his CPA, CA designation.

Steven Rostowsky has stepped down as Chief Financial Officer of Sprott but will continue with the Company until March 31, 2016 to assist in the transition.
