Strauss Troy Adds Attorney Christopher J. Groeschen to Firm

CINCINNATI, OH--(Marketwired - December 09, 2015) - Strauss Troy Co., LPA, announces the addition of attorney Christopher J. Groeschen, who will work in the firm's Real Estate, Corporate and Litigation practice groups.

In his real estate practice, Groeschen works on development, the purchase and sale of both commercial and residential real estate properties. He also assists clients with all aspects of real estate law including acquisition, construction, financing, title and leasing.

With his business background and experience working for a Fortune 500 company located in Cincinnati, Ohio, Groeschen is able to work with startup businesses, entrepreneurs and large corporate enterprises in the areas entity formations, contract negotiations, asset purchases, mergers and acquisitions or other business related matters. Additionally, Groeschen help companies of all sizes resolve corporate disputes and business litigation matters as a member of the Strauss Troy's Litigation practice group.

Groeschen holds his J.D. from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law and his bachelor's degree from the University of Louisville. His community service includes: Louis D. Brandeis American Inn of Court -- past student member; Brandeis School of Law Journal of Law and Education, supervising editor; Brandeis School of Law Moot Court -- National Arbitration Team; Brandeis School of Law Academic Fellow (Mentorship Program), and serving as a volunteer for St. Anthony Parish.
