Lifco acquires Norwegian Cenika


Lifco has signed an agreement to acquire the majority of Norwegian Cenika AS, a
leading supplier of low voltage electrical supplies.

In 2015, Cenika’s sales amounted to approximately 160 MNOK. The company sells
among other surge arrestors. Cenika sells its own brand CenTech and the Chinese
brand Chint directly to the professional power industry in Norway and Sweden.

The company will be consolidated in the division Relining within business area
Systems Solutions. The acquisition will not have any significant effect on
Lifco’s earnings or financial position in current financial year.

Cenika AS was founded in 2005 and has is headquarters in Lier, southwest of
Oslo. The company has about 30 employees.
