Tryg Forsikring A/S – listing of bond issue on Oslo Stock Exchange

In accordance with the company announcement no. 18 of 4 November 2015, the issue of Tryg Forsikring’s Solvency II compliant Tier 2 capital in the form of a bond issue in the amount of NOK 1.4bn (DKK 1.1bn) has been completed.

The bond issue is listed on Oslo Stock Exchange as of 15 February 2016.
