Business Solutions magazine partnered with Penn State University to field a national web-based survey among 2,737 VARs, MSPs, and ISVs, asking them to rate their vendor partners across seven attributes: Service/Support, Channel Friendly, Channel Program, Product Features, Product Reliability, Product Innovation, and Adequate VAR Margins.
