Customers Give Connecticut Water High Marks for Customer Satisfaction

Rated at World Class Level

CLINTON, CONNECTICUT, Feb. 29, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Connecticut Water is pleased to announce the results of its most recent customer satisfaction survey exceed 90%. An independent survey company, Great Blue Research, contacted over 1,200 Connecticut Water customers across the state, and found that the overall customer satisfaction index is 90.2%. Connecticut Water surveys its customers each year, and this year’s results are again considered to be ‘world class’ ratings.

“We are so pleased that our customers continue to value our service so highly” stated Maureen P. Westbrook, Connecticut Water’s Vice President – Customer and Regulatory Affairs. “Providing safe and reliable drinking water is fundamental to what we do and what our customers expect. We know that every Connecticut Water employee strives to provide our customers with excellent customer service and are happy to see that our customers agree we are meeting that goal.”

The survey measures customers’ satisfaction with the company, with the customer service employees and with the field service employees. What is especially telling in the most recent results is that customers ranked their field service interactions at 94.1% and their interactions with office personnel rated at 91.3%. Ms. Westbrook added, “It is a real complement to our employees that as our customers interact more with our employees they have a higher satisfaction rating, especially when that interaction is “face to face.” They are all making a difference!”
